Beaufort has a fish with your name on it, so let Captain Harrisons Charters help you catch it! Captain Mitchell will be your guide, which means you’ll tap into years of sportfishing experience.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, Cobia, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Spanish Mackerel, and anything else that bites. You’ll target your catch by spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Mitchell can also help you try kite fishing. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own.
Your excursion begins aboard a 25’ SeaCraft center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. It’s never a bad idea to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
