There’s also classic southern pork and steak dishes, like country fried steak and gravy, as well as more than a dozen seafood favorites, like shrimp burgers, scallop cakes, oysters, and monster flounder or catfish filets. All of these dishes can be accompanied by one of Roland’s hearty sides, which includes traditional southern fare like mashed sweet potatoes, boiled peanuts, collards, field peas, and rich Brunswick Stew.
