Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-returnable.No events, no outside vendors, no overnight guests without our approval prior to your stay.Do not engage in illegal activity on the property at any time.If you break or damage anything in or on the property, please let us know so we can arrange for its repair before the next guest’s arrival.No smokingAnimals are allowed with $150 per pet fee, however, please keep them off the couches and bed. All family pets have to be on a leash when outside. If comforter has to be deep cleaned due to animals there will be a fee.Any missing items from the home that are not returned will result in costs for each item.
