This First Floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with well-supplied galley kitchen has everything you need. Ocean is steps away; the outdoor pool with water slide and hot tub are ready to make your beach memories. Painless parking lot and laundry room access (uses an app for payment).
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a twin trundle (bunk beds are best for kids, not adults but are standard twin beds, just not a lot of head room).
A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everybody: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grilles, sandy beaches, and outdoor activities for all ages ... You won't need to leave!
Reminder: Please do NOT move furnishings around. Please treat rental with respect.
** There are chairs and beach toys in condo. No pack n play.
** Tips: Bring beach towels.
** Cleaning Fee (Vrbo is now calling it a Host Fee) includes Cleaning and Linens (bath towels and bed linens, 100% goes to our cleaning company).
** Admin Fee, $15, is the APATB Office Arrival Packet Fee that they charge us for your arrival. If you do not return this packet, a $50 charge will be assessed to your account.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
• Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.

• Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
