Sleeping includes 1st floor queen sleeper couch , 2nd floor has a queen master and other bedroom has two twin beds & two infant gates in 2nd floor kids room closet for your use, 3rd floor has a extravagant king master. Towels and linens included - all beds are made & towels / washcloths put on racks prior to guest arrival. Separate thermostats on each floor for your individual comfort. 3rd floor features the grandiose king master with private balcony featuring ocean glimpse from the side , 55” 4K HD flat screen TV w/ ROKU, full bathroom with enormous walk-in shower and double vanity.
