Grandview is a impressive 6 Bedroom, 5 Bath Oceanfront Home, located on the Southern Outer Banks, in the sleepy beach town of Emerald Isle. Spend a phenomenal week in Emerald Isle in this amazing 4100 sq ft Oceanfront home! Five of the six bedrooms in Grandview face the ocean. Fall asleep listening to the waves kiss the shore and awaken to the call of the sea. Take in the beautiful vistas from the roomy Great Room! Among its many fantastic features, appreciate the marvelous 14 X 30 ft lighted In-Ground Pool (Pool can be heated for an additional $625.00/week Mid April-Mid October, Pool can possibly be heated starting April 1st if the temp accepts it. If the temp goes below 55° the heat pump will not work) & Hot Tub and Game Room with 40" Flat Screen TV and Ping-Pong Table.

Level One: This exceptional living space will take your breath away - with 25ft vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to take-in the exceptional ocean vistas. Dining and kitchen have enough seating for 14+ people to dine at the same time. Off the kitchen is a enormous laundry area with an additional refrigerator, washer and dryer. The living area has plenty of seating to enjoy the exceptional vistas of the ocean with access to the broad deck that also includes ample seating and a 46" Intelligent TV. This level features the master bedroom #1 with King size bed, 32" flat screen TV and huge walk-in closet, and bedroom #2 with King size bed. Each has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean.
Level Two: Appreciate ocean charming vistas from the huge open loft/den area while calming, playing games or watching TV on the 26" Flat Screen TV. There are 4 cavernous bedrooms on this level (3 Oceanfront bedrooms with sliding doors and open decks with furnishings - only 1 streetside bedroom has no oceanview. All upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and have shared baths. Bedrooms include 3 Queen Beds and 2 Twin Beds.
