Welcome to your elegant vacation home by the ocean!
You can lay in the bed on the third floor and see the ocean. You can savor the ocean by day and ocean breeze by nighttime and then walk to a close by restaurant.
The home is roughly 200 yards from the ocean! IF YOU HAVE STAYED WITH ME BEFORE, I WILL HONOR THE OLD PRICES..I have freshly gone up a LITTLE because of the Insurance and taxes.
Every bedroom has its own private deck with an ocean view. The master bedroom has a private hottub and the other hottub is between the two bedrooms on the third floor.
This home is very modern and clean, and I furnish all linens including bath towels. The only things you are asked to bring are your beach towels. There are beach chairs too! Walk in and the home is VACATION READY. There is ample parking for boats, boat trailers, and multiple cars. If you choose to use the neighborhood boat dock it is within three mins. driving from the home. Also, you can walk to the Sheraton pier in less than four mins.. This home is a great location, the only time you will need to get in your car is to go to the grocery (five mins. driving) and do some sightseeing.
Feel complimentary to call or write at any time for additional information.

Tips to get the best Atlantic Beach vacation rental experience:
Finding the best rental home value:
- To book the best vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, travel guides have offers and deals for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
How to pick the perfect vacation rental:
- Select your vacation dates and spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. OCEAN VIEW - TWO JACUZZI'S - PET FRIENDLY -BOAT\/TRAILER PARKING has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our New Bern rentals search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before you book the vacation property. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
During your stay:
- Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
- To make sure that damages aren't linked to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas upon your arrival. text the property manager immediately to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many difficulties.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
