Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has 2 twins and a shared bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV, Deck Access and shares a bath with Bedroom #1. Garage Game room with Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table Corn Hole, 50 inch Roku TV and seating area.
Level One: Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bedroom, a Full-Bath and a LED Flat Screen TV.Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, a Full Shared Bath, and a LED Flat Screen TV. The Living area features a LED Flat Screen TV which streams NBC, CBS, Fox, ABC, PBS with deck furnished with patio furnishings. A Extensive kitchen with island, ideal for family meals and entertaining with a dinning table to seat eight. Laundry Room has a Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy - no fee! 3rd dog allowed with payment of $375+tax pet fee. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
