Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has 2 twins and a shared bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV, Deck Access and shares a bath with Bedroom #1. Garage Game room with Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table Corn Hole, 50 inch Roku TV and seating area.
Level One: Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bedroom, a Full-Bath and a LED Flat Screen TV.Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, a Full Shared Bath, and a LED Flat Screen TV. The Living area features a LED Flat Screen TV which streams NBC, CBS, Fox, ABC, PBS with deck furnished with patio furnishings. Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. - Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a great vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
