Summer Winds C-128 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area has pool and ocean vistas. Oceanfront deck has furnishings. Ground Level, walk right out to the pool or beach. Kitchen has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a Foam Mattress Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed and a Full Bath. 2 New Intelligent TVs, 2 DVD/TV combos in bedrooms. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday. 2-nighttime units are available when booked last min. or off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
