Waterdog Guide Service welcomes you aboard for a day of great fishing, combing the inlets and shallow bays for top inshore species like Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Jacks, Bluefish, and more. All this while enjoying and learning about this beautiful part of the world.
You will be spending the day aboard Captain Tom Roller’s 19’ Pathfinder flats boat. The vessel was built in 2010 and has tons of deck space, allowing groups of three anglers to enjoy fishing without fighting each other for elbow room. The vessel also boasts a top speed of 50 knots, getting you to the best spots before you even realize you have left the dock!
The vessel is equipped with GPS and fishfinder to sound out the murky waters beneath your feet, a trolling motor to stalk silently through the shallows, and a live bait tank to tempt in even the fussiest of fish. The boat is specifically designed for getting into the skinniest of waters, meaning no fish is ever out of reach.
Trips range from four to eight hours, each tailored to suit your wishes. Captain Tom is happy to welcome anglers of any age or experience level aboard, and will talk you through all the techniques he has developed over his long career as a guide. You will be provided with quality light and fly tackle and while Captain Tom specializes in using lures, he will happily provide you with bait is that is more your style.
So whether you are after a short morning catching Trout with the kids, or a full day battling big Bull Reds in search of a personal record-breaker, you can trust Captain Tom to take you to the best spots around and to always have a trick up his sleeve if the bite drops off.
