Spend the day with A.B.Offshore and find out what fishing on the crystal coast is all about! With experienced local captain at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Mahi Mahi, Flounder, King Mackerel, Atlantic Mackerel, Sailfish, Black Seabass, Spanish Mackerel, Gray Triggerfish, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Tilefish, Vermilion Snapper, and more can be found in these waters if conditions are right. On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle.
Fish caught during the trip are yours to take with you, so long as they’re within the legal limit. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home and throw it right into the pan. How’s that for fresh seafood?
You’ll find yourself aboard Agent Orange, a 26’ Sailfish center console with a capacity for 5 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures and live bait. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip!
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish and make the most of your trip. It’s customary to tip the Mate 20% at the end of the day to show your appreciation.
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
Some essentials you’ll want to bring are sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
If you have any other questions for the captain, you can contact him below. All pricing is subject to change due to rising fuel cost.
Jump aboard for an amazing adventure!
