The Breakfast Salad!
Fresh mixed greens, scrambled eggs (or sliced boiled egg), peppered bacon, cheddar, cherry tomatoes, smashed avocado and choice of dressing. Low carb! Satisfying! Delicious! And definitely not just for breakfast!

Mexie-Brekkie Wrap!
Let this wrap warm you up from the inside out! Scrambled eggs, cheddar, sausage, house-made salsa, smashed avocado, fresh jalapeño and sour cream. Yum! Then we grill it up so there’s a little crispiness on that soft tortilla.

Carolina Crab Melt!
Fresh NC lump crab meat perfectly seasoned with a fresh herb dressing along with manchego and grilled on buttery sourdough!

Hello Beef + Swiss!
Grilled up on ciabatta with greens, tomato, red onion and horseradish cream sauce. Divine!

Southern Chicken Salad!
Warm grilled ciabatta bread with a healthy portion of our house-made chicken salad, mixed greens and tomatoes. So very delicious! You can add a scoop to a garden salad. Fresh dill, fresh squeezed lemon juice and a little chopped green onion kick this recipe up a few notches. Chunky, creamy, flavortown!

The V-Egg-Etarian!
Say it however you like, but savor every moment that these flavors are doing cartwheels in your mouth. Oven scrambled eggs, provolone, roasted red peppers + spinach on ciabatta with a balsamic aioli. Yummmm!

Spinach and Chickpea Wrap!
Spinach and chickpeas with tomato, red onion, cucumber and feta tossed in a Honey Lemon Vinaigrette then grilled in a wrap. Tag your favorite vegetarian with this one because it is phenomenal!

The Noonish!
This salad ROCKS! Mixed greens, strawberries, Granny Smith apples, candies walnuts & Gorgonzola with a house-made berry walnut vinaigrette. Delish! You can even add grilled chicken!

“Cajun Turkey I Don’t Know”
We start with Sourdough and slather it with a house made Cajun Remoulade. We load it with oven roaster turkey, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, seasoned tomato + red onion. Then, we grill it to perfection. So delish! (And if you’re wondering about its name, it’s a hat tip to one of my favorite chefs as a child, Justin Wilson :))

Sweet Potato Brunch Bowl!
Twice baked sweet potatoes, spiced black beans, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, smashed avocado, poblano cream sauce and micro greens. Soooo yummy and packed with flavor!

Mr. Cubano!
Layered with ham, juicy mojo roasted pork, Swiss, pickles (amazing pickles, I might add!) and Lusty Monk mustard (amazing, too!) grilled on buttery Cuban bread! Delish!

Banana Nut Toast!
The perfect rainy day brunch treat! Featuring @bigspoonroasters peanut butter with wildflower honey. Slathered on multi-grain toast and topped with bananas, spiced pecans and a light drizzle of honey. Phenomenal!

Tango with Mango!
We all looked at each other with huge grins when we tasted this perfected smoothie! It really is a great way to bring some extra sunshine to your day! Our smoothies are made with frozen fruits, 100% juices and other delicious and good-for-you ingredients.

Lemonades!
It’s hot y’all! This weather calls for our fresh squeezed and muddled lemonades. Our Dragonfruit lemonade is sooooooo yummy and refreshing!
