When you walk in the door, you will see this is not just a beach condo. It is also our family's beach home and you will find it so much more of a home than your standard beach rental! I have been visiting in Atlantic Beach for the past 30 years so please feel complimentary to ask any questions you have about the unit or area attractions. Prior to and during your stay, I will also be available by phone, text and e-mail to answer any questions you may have.When you arrive at the condo, you will find bags carts and grocery shopping carts as well as an elevator to make moving into the condo simple and fast. There is a screened sitting area in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The condo itself is newly painted and newly decorated. Luxury plank floor throughout with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, entirely equipped kitchen, separate wet bar, oceanfront screen porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master has a King size bed with a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom along with a private half bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a Full size bed. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a full size bed. There is a sizable TV in the living room and TVs in all 3 Bedrooms as well as the kitchen bar area. All the TVs have cable as well as Roku sticks. WIFI is supplied. In the living room you will also find board games, playing cards, puzzles, DVDs, books, etc.From the front door of our condo you are literally 30 seconds away from putting your toes on the beach!At one end of our building is a picnic area with tables and charcoal grilles and at the other end is a swimming pool and gazebo overlooking the beach. Underneath the condo is a storage room you will have access to which has beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys, and outdoor games for the kids (and the grown up kids).Directly across the street you have condo access to the pier and boatslips to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. The living room is comfortable, with a curved couch and two soft chairs to sit and appreciate a movie or afternoon cartoons for the kiddos after that busy beach day. The master bedroom is cavernous and comfortably decorated with the ideal beachy vibe, a King size bed, its own private bathroom, freshly tiled shower and a corner seat for appreciating that rain-shower spray after a long sandy day at the ocean.. The master also has a desk in case there a few emails you need to catch up on for work. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, huge closet, and a bathroom all to itself with a enormous soaking tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom has two Twin beds, and its own bathroom with a brand new, stand up tiled shower. The laundry is located in the hallway inside a closet. The back porch is covered, so savor watching the little ones toddle around on the grass while you savor an iced cold glass of sweet tea in the shade. The community pool is close by, and has plenty of retractable loungers to catch some sun and read a good book. The unit accepts two complimentary parking spaces, with required parking tags.No family pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
