The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom) and a DVD player. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a twin trundle bed. Southwinds does not allow renters to have family pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 nighttime-minimum stay. 3, 6, and 9 months or monthly units are available after Labor Day.
