Savor a chic experience at this centrally-located place. This is a 2 story guesthouse located one block away from Tryon Palace. It is very walkable from all the nice eateries in downtown New Bern. It is freshly modernized and refreshed. All the appliances and furnitures are new. Grand bedroom on the 2nd floor with king bed and convertible couch. Kitchen is very well equipped. Good coffee/tea are supplied. Toiletries supplied. Laundry on site. If infant things are needed, let us know in advance.

  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
