Atlantic Sea Oats is an Oceanfront Duplex is located within walking distance to the fishing pier, eateries, stores and arcades. Open and Covered Decks include Outdoor Furnishings!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Foyer. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Covered Deck, and a Full-Bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Double Bunk with Twin Trundle. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Substantial open living area has Cathedral Ceilings. Dining Area. Bar seating in the Kitchen, which also has a Microwave, an Ice Maker and a Dishwasher. A Water Cooler and Bottled Water can be found in the Kitchen. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays – No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
