Level One: Main living area, Dining room, Kitchen with Bar seating for up to 6, 2 Dining tables, Laundry room, Half bath, Bedroom # 2 is Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV. Bedroom # 3 has 1 Queen and 1 Double with private bath and TV.

Level Two: Bedroom # 4 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub and TV, Bedroom # 5 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath (this bathroom has a wider door, sink that is comfortably accessible, bars in wide shower and around toilet) as well as a TV, Bedroom # 6 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV Bedroom # 7 has Double Bed and Twin Bed with private bath and a TV, Laundry room.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
