Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve.   • Summer time is high season in the New Bern area. To get the largest rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite New Bern restaurants and activities.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
