PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Flying Cloud is a striking one-level beach bungalow designed for comfort and privacy. Located in the Spinnaker’s Reach community, this home offers an inviting layout, roomy outdoor areas, and simple access to the beach and community pool.

Step onto the huge covered front porch, where you'll immediately feel at home. Inside, the bright and open great room welcomes you with comfortable furnishings, a cozy living area, and plenty of seating in the dining space and at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen is part of the open layout, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with family and friends.

The split floor plan provides added privacy:

To the right of the great room, the primary suite features a king bed and cavernous private bath. A modest hallway leads to a laundry area, a second full bathroom, and a guest room with a queen bed.
To the left of the great room, a third guest room offers two twin beds, making it ideal for kids or additional guests.
Outdoor living is a highlight at Flying Cloud. The spacious screened porch off the living area provides both dining and seating areas, while the enormous sun deck off the dining room overlooks a calming natural area, ideal for calming after a day at the beach.

As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens are laundered between guests to ensure a fresh, hotel-quality experience.

Beach & Pool Access:
The community pool and bathhouse are directly across the street from the beach access, located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. Guests can take a 7-10 min. walk or a fast golf cart ride to the beach, with golf cart parking available near the entrance.
