Welcome to Island Oasis of Emerald Isle, our newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Luxury Condo at Village West. Village West is Emerald Isle’s newest community space that brings together the perfection of beach living, local businesses, and all the amenities you need just steps away. Island Oasis at Village West offers peak ocean vistas, peak sound vistas, a community pool with a pool home, lounge chairs/tables, beach access, and a water park steps away, along with shopping and dining right around the corner. With all the amenities within walking distance or a fast ride on a bicycle/golf cart your family and friends will create a memorable vacation experience and feel they are living the true island life! Our condo features all new appliances, furnishings, décor, and can accommodate up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 kid or 4 adults and 3 kids max). Guests can also savor outdoor living with 3 porches.
-As you step into the entry way the stairs will take you up to the kitchen/living room area.
-The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and an upsized island which can seat up to six guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for your family: Keurig coffee/tea bar, Cuisinart coffee pot, along with all the kitchen silverware and gadgets you can think of. You will also find an electric S’mores maker for added fun for the adults and kids after a long day at the beach! For the adults you can step over to the “Cocktail Bar” area to mix up your favorite beverage, which features a Margaritaville Bahamas Frozen Concoction Maker, Cocktail Shaker, and Electric Wine Opener! Off the kitchen you will find the first of three covered porches, which features a lounge area with 2 upsized woven wicker chairs, and a loveseat with outdoor poufs to prop your feet up while you relax and listen to the waves breaking in the distance or listen to some music on the wireless Bluetooth Tiki Speaker with Lantern.
-The living room which features a 65" Samsung Intelligent TV, couch, loveseat, and swivel chair with two poufs to put your legs up for added comfort. Grab some popcorn and gather around with the family to appreciate your favorite show/movie on Spectrum Cable, Hulu, Disney+, or find a new premier movie on HBO Max! You will also find a ½ bath on this level. Off the living room area, you will find the second of the three covered porches. As you open the sliding glass doors you can feel the ocean breeze! On this porch you will find 2 upsized wicker egg chairs with outdoor poufs for a mid-day nap or calming while reading your favorite book, or maybe you would like to dine outside at our 77” Teak Wood table, which features 2 Acacia wood arm-chairs and a Teak Wood Bench. This porch overlooks the courtyard/pool area. You will stay cool with our outdoor fan!
-The stairs off the living room will then guide you up to the level that features the bedrooms. On this level you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and the laundry room. At the top of the stairs you will first encounter the “kids” bedroom, which features a twin over a full bunkbed, which can sleep 1 kid on the twin bed (no adults) and full bed can sleep 1-2 kids or adults. This bedroom also features a 55” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Intelligent TV with Roku, for kids to enjoy their favorite movies/shows or bring their own gaming system for painless connection and an spectacular gaming experience! The whole family can also join in on the fun with a 2 person Arcade featuring thousands of games! Bring your laptop as we also have a modest desk for remote work/school work, or PC gaming-although if you do not need this added feature it can conveniently be folded up and stored in a closet out of the way for added space. You will find 2 draws under the bunkbeds where you can find numerous kids/family games stored. Kids can also enjoy the wireless side table which features a charging station for devices and a constructed-in wireless Bluetooth speaker! This room also features a bean bag chair and Peak Ocean Vistas!
-Next you will find the Guest Bedroom, which features a Queen Bed (sleeps 2 adults or 2 kids). This bedroom also features a 55” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Intelligent TV with Roku for guests to enjoy their favorite movies/shows. There is a closet for hanging your clothes/storing your suitcases, along with a sizable dresser. This bedroom also features Peak Ocean and Sound Vistas!
-In the hallway you will find a full bathroom, which features a tiled bathtub/shower combo and the laundry room, which features a full-size washer and dryer.
-At the end of the hallway you will enter the Master Bedroom, which features a King Bed (sleeps 2 adults), 2 nightstands with constructed-in USB charging ports, and a chest. There is a walk-in closet for hanging clothes/storing bags, with added shelves in the master closet where you can find an iron, hand-held clothing steamer, and ironing board. Savor a movie on the 50” Toshiba LED 4K UHD Intelligent TV with Roku! The Master also features a cavernous master bathroom with a sliding barn door, double vanities/sinks, and a tiled walk-in shower with a bench! Off the Master is the third and final covered porch/balcony that features a woven wicker bistro set with 2 chairs and nesting tables.
