**Saturday to Saturday booking only for June, July, August.**
The Sunshine House is a great place to make memories! Appreciate all the amenities while calming and recharging in this beach bungalow. Deck is striking for dinners. Access to ICW. Beach is a 3 min. golf cart ride. Ideal home for everybody!
Our home has great space with our open floor plan and 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an outside shower! Also, appreciate our huge deck with outside dining and a gas fire pit.
**We only rent week to week during the summer months 6/1=8/31*** You are welcome to e-mail me dates and if for some reason we have less days available we will work with you.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.

If your property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
