This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!
The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.
Take time to appreciate Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.
With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.
Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.
Thanks

Our top New Bern vacation rental home tips and tricks:
How to get the best rental value:
- Summer is high season in the New Bern area. To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many management companies supply New Bern area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to pick the best vacation rental:
- First, have your family select date ranges and a spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration you need. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking pages. If not, contact the host before reserving your rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If there's an individual New Bern beach you love, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
- Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.
More tips for your stay:
- We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Note any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
- Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a excellent vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
