* Pool view and OCEAN WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo, but you can see and hear the flowing ocean waves from the condo deck.
* FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bicycle.  
* STAIRS: There are 25+ steep stairs with handrails to access the beach
* No security deposit is required.

HOME - things to know
* No EVENTS, events or enormous gatherings in excess of the max guests paid for in the reservation;
* MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. Bed linens and towels supplied for 6 people. 
* NO FAMILY PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.  
* Signed reservation agreement required.

HOME RULES
* Guest agrees to follow the Ocean Club RESORT and PARKING RULES monitored by on-site security;  Two (2) car parking permits included in the condo for placement in your automobile.
* CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM; Checkout is 10 AM.
* Follow CHECK-OUT steps. Treat the condo with respect please;
* NO SMOKING in condo unit or on attached deck.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• In the New Bern area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
