PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes. Even though this property is keyless, guest will need to come to rental office to pick up parking passes required for parking on premises. NO Extras. Boat Trailers are not allowed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at New Bern restaurants, tours, and activities.
