The kitchen is modern and completely equipped, featuring refreshed countertops, cabinets, a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, water softener, ice maker, and refrigerator, along with a wine and drink cooler for your favorite beverages. Appreciate meals in the dining area, which seats eight at the dining table and six at the kitchen bar. Afterward, relax in the living room, complete with a comfortable gas fireplace and a 60-inch 4K UHD Intelligent TV. This level also includes a street-facing bedroom with a queen bed and a TV, along with a full bathroom adjacent to it.

Finally, the top level features a unique loft-style space that is ideal for kids or additional guests. This fun room includes four single beds and a bunk bed that accommodates up to six guests. It also has a cozy seating area with an upsized bean bag and a TV for relaxation and entertainment.
