Top Notch West is a wonderfully furnished and completely equipped oceanfront duplex (West side). Located just steps from the gorgeous sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This handsome home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with complimentary wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.
This roomy duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a enormous soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.
A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up simple. There is an outdoor charcoal grille with picnic table seating.

About the Area
Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Beach Wheels Bike Rental. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
- Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.
