Sports courts (facility only – equipment is not supplied), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), and courtyard grilles make your vacation even better. Buildings have courtyard atrium gardens & waterfalls. 24 hour security gate. Oceanfront gazebo with seating, private walkway & outside showers. Elevators in each building. Sorry, No Animals.

Queens Court 1201 is a One Bedroom, One Bath, Oceanfront Condo. Savor the elegant Ocean vistas from your private covered balcony! Living Area has beautiful Ocean vistas, a Queen Sleep Couch, and direct access to the private covered balcony.There is also a Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD Player in the Living Room. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Dining Area has seating for four, and additional seating for three at the Breakfast Bar. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and Dishwasher.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
