Salt & Light is a 9 bedroom, 9 full bath, 2 half bath oceanfront home located in the gorgeous Sea Isle Plantation subdivision located in Indian Beach, North Carolina. This broad, freshly constructed home features 9 bedrooms, 9 full baths, and 2 half baths, providing ample space for enormous groups. With many common areas, guests can relax and socialize comfortably with at least one located on each floor.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Bedroom #1 features 3 Twin bunk sets, while Bedroom #2 offers 1 twin over queen bunk set. Bedrooms #3-#9 are generously appointed with King Beds and adjoining private full baths.

Salt & Light is equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay, such as high-speed wireless internet, twelve Intelligent TVs, two kitchens (main kitchen is gourmet), multiple coffee makers, icemakers, dishwashers, wine fridges, and more.

Indulge in the array of conveniences that Salt & Light has to offer, including a private pool and hot tub, outdoor gas grille, putting green, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms, a recreational game room, and a theater room. Pool may be heated for $650/week +tax.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
