Our handsome newly RENOVATED sound front home is located in the private Marsh Cove neighborhood and offers spectacular vistas of Bogue Sound with its waterfront location ready for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Home is located at the end of a long driveway on a peninsula away from other homes, giving you a private getaway. Feel the ocean breezes from the broad deck and savor the elegant vistas of water, marsh, and wildlife from the dock. A short 5 to 10 min. walk will lead you to the pristine beaches of the Crystal Coast, the boat ramp with nature trail, pier, and playground, and Chapel by the Sea. Bring your bicycles and ride on the bicycle path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle. After a day at the beach by the emerald green waters, appreciate a fun competitive game on the new putting green, and then relax with a front row seat on the NEW floating dock to view spectacular sunsets.

Our home is about 3 miles from Emerald Isle town center where you will find eateries, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, post office, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all simple drives and are fun to discover. Hammocks Beach State Park and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family.

The kitchen is well outfitted for the chef in your event. The up-to-date bathrooms feature nice finishes such as the soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom located by a picture window. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunrise. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor with one featuring a queen-sized bed and a Juliet balcony. The other main level bedroom has a full-sized bed.
