In this gated community, you will appreciate convenient private beach access, two outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, exercise center, kiddie pools, tennis courts and grilles. This is the ideal location to relax on the beach or venture out on the bicycle paths that lead to cozy stores for shopping, local eateries, live entertainment, water parks, go carts, mini golf, breweries, and grocery stores. Savor the well manicured, broad grounds with lush vegetation and palm trees as you listen to the waves on the screened in porch. The evenings provide a peaceful breeze with lighted tennis courts and live entertainment close by.

The condo is refreshed with a entirely equipped kitchen and dining area to savor a family meal. There is a king sized bed in the sizable master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full/twin bunk are in the third bedroom. Each room has a ROKU intelligent TV with cable and the condo has high speed internet for your use. The family room is cavernous and provides comfortable seating for a calming movie nighttime.
