Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a phenomenal beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-303 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the magnificant vistas of the ocean from your private balcony!

Total linens includes a bedroom with a King bed and deck access and private bath and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and a shared bath.

Additional Conveniences include: High-speed wireless internet, 3 Intelligent TV, Basic Cable, Covered Deck with furnishings, outdoor deck, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and blender.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and towels are supplied for weekly stays only.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum (Off season and last min. only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
