Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a phenomenal beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-318 is an Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a Flat Screen TV & a covered deck with furnishings. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk set and an additional twin bunk. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.

Conveniences include 4 Cable TVs, DVD player, CD/Stereo. Dishwasher, Microwave, Answering Machine, Washer/Dryer. Covered deck. The Homeowners even provide Videos and Beach Chairs for you to savor during your vacation!

Total linens includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• June, July, and August are high season in Indian Beach. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
