Points of View West is a 1/2 duplex has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Linens supplied with beds made. Central air & heat, Hot & cold enclosed outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, Wireless internet and Intelligent TV (guest must log-in to personal streaming account). Reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining/living room on top floor. Wrap-around deck with ocean and sound vistas on 3 sides, side deck faces west with sunset vistas! Short walk east (less than 500 ft.) to boardwalk for beach access and west for boardwalk access to the Point. This property rents Sunday to Sunday. NO SMOKING! DOGS ACCEPTED (2 dog max.).

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
