The top floor features a huge bedroom, full bath and sitting area as well as a modest balcony.Guest access:You'll have access to the entire home and there's also a dock out back on the canal great for setting off on kayaking or SUP adventures! Be mindful of the water levels at the dock, which rise and fall with the tide. At times, it is too low to put in crafts for paddling and always too shallow for a motorboat.There's a intelligent TV on the lower level and in the top floor bedroom with WiFi so you'll be able to sign into your own streaming service apps!
