Covered and uncovered 3rd floor furnished deck with great ocean vistas, striking for outdoor eating or entertaining. Generous deck offers ocean vistas from bedroom level; master bedroom has private outdoor deck. The top floor loft offers charming vistas of beach and ocean. Reverse roomy open floor plan featuring superb ocean vistas and common eating/entertainment area with plenty of seating, Interior spiral staircase. Outside features park grille, ground level picnic table in private yard and striking private walkway offers simple close path to beach access. Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, NO FAMILY PETS!
