Ground Level: Outdoor Shower. Charcoal Grille. Level One: Living, dining and kitchen with vaulted pine ceilings make it ideal for families sharing space! There is a half bath off the living space. Oceanfront Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, TV, Deck Access, and use Shared Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and use Shared Bath. Bedroom #3 has a queen Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #4 has a King Bed and uses Shared Bath.

Conveniences Include: a Private Swimming Pool, a stackable Washer/Dryer, Open Decks with Furnishings, an Outdoor Shower (cold),5 TVs, Kitchen, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, Microwave, an Uncovered Deck, and a Charcoal Grille.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, last min. or off-season only.

The pool can be heated for an additional $625 per week (will only heat mid-April thru mid-October)

We cannot guarantee the gas pool heater will work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance.
