Come savor this fabulous condo duplex ( right side) with 4 bedrooms, parking for 5 cars and just a short walk to the beach with nice access in Club Colony . Charcoal grille and 2 outdoor showers, one with hot water!

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with three twin beds and the other with a queen and a twin bed. A full bath and washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The second floor also has two bedrooms and a full bath. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. There is a front and rear deck with seating and great ocean and sound vistas from the front deck.

TV's are located in all bedrooms and living room. Movies, games and WI-FI supplied.

Renters are required to sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and snorkeling nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and hunting.

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in the New Bern area. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Find a copy of your local New Bern visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guides contain discounts for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
