Come appreciate this excellent condo duplex (right side) with 4 bedrooms, parking for 5 cars and just a short walk to the beach with nice access in Club Colony. Charcoal grille and 2 outdoor showers, one with hot water!
The first floor has two bedrooms, one with three twin beds and the other with 2 Queen Beds. A full bath and washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.
The second floor also has two bedrooms each with a king bed and a full bath with an additional toilet. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. There is a front and rear deck with seating and great ocean and sound vistas from the front deck.
TV's are located in all bedrooms and living room. Movies, games and WI-FI supplied.
Renters are required to sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement.
About the Area
Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach.
