A modest oceanfront bungalow is hard to find, and you've just hit paydirt for your next fun-filled vacation with family and friends! Wood floors and walls throughout offer that old-bungalow appeal, with a huge remodeled kitchen and a separate dining area. There are two bedrooms with two twins each on the main level. The private, oceanfront primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath, with the top-level all to itself. Guests savor the many amenities that include central air conditioning, a dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, a TV, complimentary WiFi, and a queen sleeper couch in the living room for additional guests. There is a covered deck on the ocean side with a bench swing, ideal for closing out an evening with someone you adore.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to drive more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
