Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed, Bedroom #2 offers a Queen Bed, and Bedroom #3 offers a Twin Bed + Twin/Double Bunk Bed. Linens and Towels Supplied (for Weekly Stays).

Outside appreciate a meal at the Picnic Table after cooking on the Charcoal Grille supplied. The beach is just down Bogue Inlet Drive to the south while the home's location is central to downtown Emerald Isle activities, stores, eateries, and oceanfront pier!

DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Getting the most from your budget:

• Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
• In the New Bern area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

• Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
