Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

A-304 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area leads out to an oceanfront balcony that overlooks the pool & ocean. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher, ice maker & microwave. Wet Bar. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a modest balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a modest balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Water Softener.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Find your perfect rental home:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
