Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators, no golf carts, and no family pets allowed.

E-102 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath First Floor Oceanview Condo. Located near tennis courts. The Living Area has access to a covered balcony with ocean vistas and a flat-screen TV with ROKU and Spectrum App. Entirely equipped Kitchen/Bar with a microwave, coffee maker & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full bath and a covered balcony as well as a flat-screen wifi enabled TV where guests will be able to sign onto their personal Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Additional Conveniences: There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with ROKU and Spectrum App. There is another flat-screen TV in the bedroom - this is a Intelligent TV that accepts guests to log into their personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The unit includes interior laundry, deck furnishings, and ceiling fans.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
