Excellent location with painless, private access to the beach. At least 6 beach chairs, some beach toys and body boards supplied. Community Outdoor showers and 4 newly refreshed outdoor pools. Take a walk down the pier and watch boats go by on the day dock. Bring your bicycles to visit the top rated public park, championship putt putt, kids’s waterpark, Venice Beach style skate park, plentiful variety of eateries and a Food Lion. All less than a mile away and accessible by enormous flat sidewalks with crosswalks where needed.
