Great backyard with outdoor shower, fire chimney and sizable sectional with umbrella to appreciate after a great day at the beach! Close to eateries, grocery stores and the striking sunsets at the point! Freshly refurbished beach access!

One street over is the Ocean Oak Playground.

Oversized gas grille on back deck make grilling easy access from well supplied gourmet kitchen.
