Mimosa Manor is located in the gorgeous Ocean Reef community and accepts you to appreciate the added security of a gated community with access to a plethora of community amenities such a basketball and tennis courts, beach walkways, and a pool!

On the ground level, you will have access to an elevator and half bathroom!

On the first floor you will find a roomy living area with seating for all, a TV, and deck access as well as striking beach vistas. The completely-equipped kitchen is conveniently located right off the living area – take a few steps to pop some popcorn for your movie nighttime! You will also find bedroom #1 with a queen bed, TV, and access to a bathroom right beside the bedroom.

On the second floor there are three more bedrooms! Master bedroom #2 has a king bed, a TV, a private full bathroom, and balcony access which accepts for you to greet the ocean right as you pop out of bed in the morning! Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and access to a shared bath. Bedroom #4 has a queen/queen bunk, a TV, and access to a bathroom that is shared with bedroom #4.

Additional Conveniences: This duplex is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. You will also have tons of entertainment features at your disposal such as 5 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Instant Video, a Roku, and Apple TV for all of your streaming needs! There is also a crib and high-chair if needed! Relaxation is painless when you have a furnished deck with a hammock to sit on while watching the waves roll by. There is also a fireplace to comfortable up in front of with your family and friends on those chilly evenings! (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
