Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV, deck access, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, deck access, and a private bathroom entrance with access to a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a desk that makes for a great study area or work space if you just can't get away from the hustle and bustle.
