Each building comes with a private elevator. This soundfront condo has handsome vistas of the water and a calming covered porch to savor during your stay. The covered porch has 2 ceiling fans to allow for a breeze while overlooking the water.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
