A unique, private, Adobe-Shaped 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home on one living level. Just a short walk to the Ocean and the Sound! High Speed Wireless Internet Included! Level One: Dome cathedral ceilings in sizable open living area with a Flat Screen TV. Dining Area with seating for six. Kitchen area with dishwasher & microwave. A private open deck is just off the kitchen and has a picnic table, Grille, tons of seating and is ideal for entertaining! Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bunk Set (linens not included for bunk beds) with a Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 King Bed and a Full Private Bath. The laundry room is accessible in this room, equipped with a Washer and Dryer. Outdoors you will find the Charcoal grille, enclosed Outside shower, pavers that lead you to a hose that is ideal for spraying of the sand from the beach. The pavers continue to the driveway and bicycle path that runs in-front of the home.

Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

• In the New Bern area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
• Summer months are high season in the New Bern area. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
