Welcome to Sunkissed! Appreciate spectacular vistas from this exceptional Oceanfront Home located in the gated community of Dolphin Ridge!
On the ground level is the garage that is furnished with air hockey and ping pong tables and an additional drink/bait refrigerator. You can access the home's private pool and hot tub area directly from the garage. Just inside the hall is where the elevator begins its service to the above 3 levels.
As you enter this marvelous back key oceanfront home on the 2nd level, you will find 4 bedrooms. 2 oceanfront bedrooms include the King master suite with oceanfront deck access, a private bath with a soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd oceanfront room is furnished with a Queen bed with oceanfront deck access and shares a Jack n Jill bathroom with a Queen bedroom that is also furnished with a bunk bed and has deck access. The additional room on this level is furnished with a Queen bed, private bath, and also has deck access. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd level is the main living area with a roomy open layout. The well-outfitted kitchen offers plenty of counter space and bar seating for fun-filled family meals! The dining area offers ample space with additional oceanfront window seating.
The living area is within view and is equipped with a big screen TV, surround sound, and refreshed and comfortable seating. A true gathering spot for the whole family! The living area is decorated in rich blues and reds with multiple windows to bring in the bright natural light. If being outside is what you prefer, rest assured the decks are entirely furnished and made for calming. There are 2 additional rooms on this level and both are furnished with Queen beds. One shares a bath with the main living area and the other is suite style.
The next and final level of this home is another space made for entertaining and fun! Additional 4th-floor rec. room with full bath, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, game table with chess/checkers/scrabble, competition foosball table, full-size pinball machine, and a home theater with 50" TV, and Stereo.
