Ground Floor: Rec Room with fooseball table.

First Floor: Bedroom#1-#3 are located on this floor, each with their own queen bed, dresser, intelligent TV, and deck access. Bedroom #1 and #2 shares a full bath. Bedroom #4 has two Twin/queen Bunk sets, dresser, and intelligent TV. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a full bath. Laundry Room is also located on this floor.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom #5 is located on this floor with a king bed, dresser, private bathroom & deck access. The kitchen and dining room are located on this floor with deck access, intelligent TV's, couches, and chairs.

No Smoking. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.
