This is Atlantic Beach 1st floor studio condo is located just 50 steps from the complex to the beach! The property has a grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a Pristine SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a coastal bicycle path for exhilarating jogs, bicycle rides, or walks. The units in this resort have individual entrances, so you do not need to walk through a lobby or any enclosed area to access your unit. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building. The interior features a queen size bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

The location of this unit within this Beachfront Complex is on the 1st floor in the breezeway that leads to the beach access points. This unit does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can savor Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is included for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this apartment is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. Sticking to your spending plan:

• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the best rental within budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
• On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
